✦ Jewellery Sales & Sourcing Policy

• Handcrafted Nature: Every piece of jewellery—including my signature Tree of Life necklaces, Moon necklaces, and custom-wrapped pendants—is hand-woven by me. Because I use natural crystal chips, beads, and raw stones, each piece is entirely unique, and slight variations from the website images are a celebrated part of their artisan nature.

• Ethical Sourcing: I am passionately committed to ethical and sustainable crystal sourcing, partnering exclusively with responsible, small-scale suppliers.

• Custom Work (Client Stones): If you send me your own treasured tumble stone or crystal to be custom-wrapped, I handle it with the utmost care. However, Crystal Kalm cannot be held liable for any pre-existing structural fragile points in the natural stone that may react to the wire-wrapping process.

✦ Shipping & Delivery

• All physical items are packaged securely and shipped from Aberdeen, Scotland.

• Dispatch times for ready-made pieces are typically 2–4 business days. Custom wire-wrapped orders or custom wrapping of your own stones will have a tailored timeline agreed upon via email.

• Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

✦ Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Ready-Made Jewellery: In compliance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return ready-made jewellery items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Custom & Bespoke Items: Due to their highly personalised nature, custom wire-wrapped pendants, custom-wrapped client stones, and custom-sized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

• Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless faulty.

✦ Wellbeing Services & Booking Policy

• Cancellation Window: I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a 1:1 session. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of your session fee.
