🔮 Crystal Jewellery & Sourcing
Are the crystals in your jewellery ethically sourced?
Yes, absolutely. Integrity is at the very heart of Crystal Kalm. I reserach my suppliers to ensure that all the stones used in my handcrafted jewellery are mindfully and ethically mined, prioritizing fair wages, safe working conditions, and respect for the Earth.
How should I cleanse and care for my jewellery?
Because crystals absorb energy, I recommend cleansing your jewellery regularly. You can do this by placing it near a piece of Selenite (please make sure to cleanse the Selenite before and after use), passing it through sage smoke, or using sound healing (like a singing bowl).
Care Tip: To preserve the metal and the delicate nature of the stones, please remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, or applying perfumes and lotions.

What are the "Three Principles" you use in your coaching?
The Three Principles (Mind, Consciousness, and Thought) are a gentle, inside-out understanding of how we experience life. Rather than giving you a heavy checklist of tools or techniques to "fix" your mind, this coaching points you back to your own innate wellbeing, inner calm, and resilience that is already inside you.
Do I need any prior experience to attend a workshop?
Not at all! Whether you are completely new to the spiritual world or have been exploring holistic wellbeing for years, my workshops are designed to be a soft, welcoming, and grounded space for everyone. Come exactly as you are.
What is your cancellation policy for readings and sessions?
I understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule or cancel an intuitive reading or coaching session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice so I can offer that space to someone else. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

How much is shipping and where do you ship?
We charge a simple flat rate of £3.95 for all UK orders, sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 so your jewellery pieces are fully tracked and protected. At this moment, Crystal Kalm only ships to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Can I return a piece of jewellery if it’s not right for me?
Yes, I offer a 14-day return window for standard, unused jewellery in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene and bespoke reasons, earrings and custom-made jewellery cannot be returned. You can find the full details on my dedicated Returns & Exchanges page.
