Returns and Exchanges

At Crystal Kalm, I want you to absolutely love the energy and craftsmanship of your treasures. If a piece doesn't quite resonate with you, or if you've simply changed your mind, I am here to make the return process as gentle and straightforward as possible.

Our 14-Day Return Policy

In accordance with UK consumer rights, you have 14 days from the day your package arrives to notify me that you would like to return your item for a refund or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is completely unused and in the same pristine condition that you received it.

  • The item is securely packed inside its original packaging (pouches/boxes) to keep it safe on its journey back to the studio.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Because jewellery is delicate, I highly recommend using a tracked postal service. I am unfortunately unable to issue a refund for items that get lost or damaged in transit on their way back to me.

⚠️ Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene regulations and the unique, bespoke nature of handcrafted creation, there are a few items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings: For strict hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale unless they arrive faulty.

  • Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Any jewellery crafted specifically for you, tailored to your personal sizing, or custom-commissioned cannot be returned.

  • Digital Offerings & Readings: Access to online courses, digital workshop materials, and completed intuitive readings are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Every single piece of jewellery is handcrafted with immense care and checked energetically and physically before leaving my hands. However, if an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at [Your Email Address Here] with a photo of the issue so I can make it right for you immediately with a repair, replacement, or full refund.

How to Begin a Return

To start a return or exchange, simply send an email to info@crystalkalm.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return. I will respond with our studio return address and guide you through the next easy steps.
