Thank you for supporting Crystal Kalm. Every single order is selected, packaged, and dispatched with love and intention right here from Scotland.
Below you will find everything you need to know about how your sacred items make their way from my studio to your doorstep.
1. Processing Times
Because our crystal jewellery is handcrafted and our pieces are handled with care, items do not immediately leap into the post the moment you order.
Ready-to-Ship Items: Placed orders are beautifully wrapped and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: If we are creating a custom jewellery piece together, please allow 7–10 business days for crafting and energetic cleansing before dispatch.
Note: We do not ship on Sundays or UK Bank Holidays. If there is ever a major delay due to a busy collection launch, we will contact you immediately via email.
2. Postage Rates & Estimated Delivery
We charge a clear, flat rate for shipping so there are no surprises at checkout. All orders are sent via reliable postal services to ensure they arrive safely.

Delivery Method: Royal Mail Tracked 48
Estimated Time: 2-4 business days
Cost: £3.95 (Free with orders over £50)
Please note: At this time, Crystal Kalm only ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at present.
Urgent & Rush Orders
If you are purchasing a gift or need your items to arrive urgently via Royal Mail Next-Day Special Delivery, please contact me directly at clare@crystalkalm.co.uk before placing your order. I will be more than happy to check my studio schedule and arrange a custom shipping rush for you whenever possible!
3. Lost or Damaged Packages
Every order is packed securely to protect the delicate energy and structure of the crystal jewellery. However, if your package arrives damaged, or if it has been missing past its estimated delivery window, please reach out to Clare at info@crystalkalm.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.
We will work closely with you and the postal service to trace the package or arrange a beautiful replacement.
